How does the Real Estate Agents Network work?

We connect Realtors across Canada to trusted, experienced agents in other towns and cities. When you have a client moving out of your area, you can easily find a professional qualified agent, send a referral, and earn a referral fee — with automated tracking and reminders to keep you in the loop.

Is this pay per lead, or do I have to give a percentage of my commission?

No, no percentage taken from your referral commission — 100% of the 25% referral fee is between you and the receiving agent, it is not  pay per lead, we hope you get lots of leads! And send lots too!

Is there a long-term contract?

Nope! Our service is month-to-month.
You can cancel anytime if you decide it’s not right for you — but we think you’ll love the results.

Do you take any part of the referral fee?

Never. The full 25% referral fee stays between you and the agent you refer to.

How do I find a Realtor to refer to?

Just log in, search the database by city or town, read Realtor bios, and click “Send a Referral Now!” — the system will guide you step-by-step to submit the referral easily.

What happens after I send a referral?

• The Realtor you selected gets notified instantly by text and email.

• You’ll get a confirmation email too.

• We’ll follow up with them after 6 hours if needed, and once per month to keep you updated.

• You’ll be notified once your referral has been contacted.

• We will send a gentle reminder that a Referral Contract should be signed to keep the relationship top of mind.

Can I trust the Realtors in the network?

Yes — we prioritize client care, professionalism, honesty, and integrity.
If there’s ever a concern about a Realtor’s service quality, we want to hear about it — and we will act quickly to maintain the highest standards. If that Duty of Care that we need to uphold is not there a member will be removed from the group.

How are areas divided up?

Since we all cover different types of areas, tightly packed cities to widespread small towns, we break it down by population. Each area is sectioned into increments of 15,000 people up to 100,000 people per Realtor. When you refer an Agent you refer to the area that makes the most sense, if the Client then spreads their area of interest and that Realtor is still interested in Representing them that is ok.

How is this different from my Brokerage’s Nationwide Referral Network?

There is actually a big difference, when a Real Estate Agent from across the country is looking for someone to refer to and they look at all the people in your Brokerage to choose from you are in competition with all of them… Within our group they would look up your town and see YOU.
